Every club has one. A parent who volunteered to be treasurer, who now spends thirty hours a season working out who has paid, and who is the only person who knows where the spreadsheet lives.
Why this and not a general tool
The generalists serve every youth sport at once, which means the parts specific to baseball and softball — age divisions that turn over on a cutoff date, uniform numbers that have to be unique and locked, tryouts that decide a season in a weekend — are either missing or bolted on.
We only do these two sports, and we only do the front office: dues, uniforms, tryouts and the paperwork around them. Scheduling and scorekeeping are somebody else’s job and they do it well.
How we charge, and why
The subscription is deliberately low and there are no per-administrator seats. A club needs its treasurer, its team parents and its coaches all to have logins, and charging per seat is how software ends up with one shared password taped to a laptop.
Our transaction fee is 1% + $0.50, capped at $20 — a family paying $3,000 up front shouldn’t carry a $30 charge for the privilege. Card and bank fees are passed through at cost, and money settles into your club’s account, never ours.
