Monthly costs about 20% more than annual. A club that pays month to month can leave at the end of a season, and the annual price assumes they don’t. Limits are shown, never enforced — if you outgrow a tier mid-season nobody is locked out, we just talk.
What payments cost

Capped at $20, so a $2,000 club fee never costs a family $20.50.

By default the family pays our fee at checkout; you can absorb it instead with one switch. Your club is the merchant of record, so the money lands in your account and your chargebacks stay between you and Stripe.

Questions a board asks
Do you charge per administrator?
No, and we won't. A club needs its treasurer, its team parents and every coach to have a login. Charging per seat is how software ends up with one shared password taped to a laptop.
What happens if we outgrow a tier mid-season?
Nothing breaks. The athlete limits are shown, not enforced — nobody gets locked out in the middle of a season. We'll talk about moving up when the season ends.
Who is the merchant of record?
Your club. Charges are created on your own Stripe account, money lands in your bank, and chargebacks are between you and Stripe. That is also why we can price this low — we are not carrying your risk.
Is there a setup fee, or a contract?
Neither. Start on the free tier, move up when it stops fitting, and stop whenever you like. Annual is billed once a year rather than locked in for one.
What does the 4% on uniforms cover?
Sizing, inventory and fulfilment — a uniform order is work, not a line on an invoice. Dues stay at 1% + $0.50 because raising an invoice is not.
Can we move our data from TeamSnap or SportsEngine?
Yes, free, and you can do it yourself in an evening: export a spreadsheet, match the columns, and we flag duplicates before they land. Organization includes hands-on help with it.
