League age from the right cutoff date.
April 30 for most baseball, August 31 for Little League, January 1 for most softball. We compute league age, place every athlete, and flag the ones who fit two divisions.

The date is kept, not the rule
A division holds the cutoff date it was created with, so changing the rule next season cannot silently re-age children who already registered.
