Posting and registration
A public page under your own domain, with a fee if you charge one, and a roster that fills itself as families sign up.
Check-in
Athletes checked in on arrival and given a number. Coaches see who is actually present, not who said they would be.
Scoring on the field
Evaluators score against the criteria you set, on a phone, offline-tolerant. Scores roll up per athlete as they go.
Offers
Send offers with an expiry date, track who has accepted, and see your roster fill without a spreadsheet in between.
It stays with the athlete
Last year's evaluation is there next year. A returning player isn't a blank slate because a coach moved on.

Both, with their own criteria. Not one sport's flow with the other's name swapped in.
