What it handles
Fee schedules
Different fees per team, division or season. Change one without touching the rest.
Siblings and scholarships
Discounts apply automatically. A scholarship code is entered by the family, so nobody has to ask for a discount in front of other parents.
Plans or pay in full
Offer installments, a pay-in-full price, or both. Parents choose at checkout.
Gating and retries
Hold a roster spot or a uniform until dues clear. A failed card retries on day 1, 3 and 7 before it reaches you.
What it doesn’t do
We don't lend money or chase debt through collections. When a family is 60 days late that conversation is still yours — we just make sure you know it is time.
