Stop chasing dues by text message.
Set what a season costs once. Families get one invoice covering every child, pay it however suits them, and the ones who fall behind appear on a list instead of in your head.
What you set up once
Fee schedules
What a season costs, per sport and per season. Issue it to a team or the whole club and every family gets an invoice with their own children on it.
Sibling discounts
Applied automatically to every child after the eldest, so a family with three players never has to ask whether they were charged correctly.
Scholarships
Grant assistance to specific athletes with a code. It replaces the sibling discount rather than stacking with it, so the number is always the one you intended.
Payment plans
Two to twelve payments, taken automatically. Bank transfer is the default because it's cheaper for everyone and doesn't expire in October.
Pay-in-full discount
A percentage off for families who settle at once. They see the saving in dollars at checkout, which is what actually moves people onto it.
Gating
An unpaid balance or a missing waiver can block roster placement, uniform release or tournament check-in. The system has the awkward conversation for you.
What happens when a payment fails
A card declines and the system retries on day one, day three and day seven. The family gets an email and a text each time. Only when the retries are exhausted does it reach you — with the family, the amount and what went wrong already on the screen.
Most failed payments are expired cards, which is why bank transfer is the default on plans: a bank account doesn’t expire mid-season. On an $1,800 season it also saves the family about $47 and costs your club a fraction of what a card does.
