What it handles
One ledger
Money in and money out, for the whole club.
Receipts attached
A coach files their own expense with a photo of the receipt on it.
Who crossed $600
Year-end totals per person, with reimbursements kept out of the reportable figure and anybody over the threshold flagged.
Not a payment rail
We record what you owe; you pay it how you already do. Sending the money ourselves would put funding risk and chargebacks on us, and we would price for it.
What it doesn’t do
We don't file taxes or replace your accountant. We hand them clean numbers.
Works with
See it against your own numbers.
Book a demo
Thirty minutes, no slides. Bring last season's roster and fee schedule and you keep the demo club afterwards.
