A channel for every team, one for club announcements, and groups a coach can start in about ten seconds. Membership follows the roster, so a family who left in July is not reading in September.

What it handles
A channel per team
Its coaches and the parents of its athletes, taken from the roster rather than a list somebody has to maintain.
Groups in ten seconds
A coach names a carpool or a tournament weekend and everyone on the team starts ticked. Untick whoever doesn't need it.
No private channels
There are no one-to-one channels between an adult and a family, on purpose. That is what every safe-sport policy asks for.
The club can see all of it
Whoever runs the club reads every channel, including a group a coach made, and the screen says so rather than implying privacy nobody has.
What it doesn’t do
We don't do scheduling or availability. TeamSnap and GameChanger are good at those and we would lose by fighting there.
